Fleeceflower Root, or He Shou Wu, along with ginseng, is one of the most prominent herbs in Chinese medicine, believed to be bestowed with potent anti-ageing and rejuvenating properties. It has been used widely in various herbal products for promoting hair regrowth at least since the Tang Dynasty (713 A.D.) in China.

Direction for Use:

1/2 teaspoon is about 2 grams granule. Average daily dosage is 4 grams granule (maximum). Normally take it after meal.
(1) Put correct amount of granule into a cup;
(2) Pour a little boiled water into the cup to moisten.
(3) Add 100ml of boiled water (about 1/3 of cup). Dissolve by mixing with a spoon.
(4) let it cool a little then take it.
