HOW TO ORDER ALLERGY TESTING FROM US

and fill in your details before sending it back to us (see the address on the form), together with a few hair samples - if you have little hair you could also take some swap sample from the inside of the mouth with a cotton bud - this should be sealed in a small plastic bag.

You will need to pay us £40 using the Paypal facility on our CONTACT page (see the "Pay Now" button at the bottom)
